
Unless otherwise noted, all of our events are held on our farm in Jonesborough, TN. Tickets must be purchased to reserve your spot. Feel free to contact us with any questions you have about our workshops!

Just in time for Thanksgiving, learn the basics of turkey processing! James and Audra will expertly guide you through dispatching, scalding, plucking, and eviscerating. You will leave the workshop with your own turkey that is packaged (ready to cook or freeze). It is recommended that you bring a cooler with ice for transporting your turkey home.
Included in the ticket price is the option to bring a guest. 1 turkey will be supplied per ticket.
Space is limited as this is a small class to allow for more personalized instruction.
Our workshops are held outside, rain or shine. While efforts will be made to keep our participants comfortable, it is recommended you come dressed for the weather.
Our farm is located in Jonesborough, TN. The address will be provided upon ticket purchase.
