Join James and Audra for a hands-on, expert-led workshop where you’ll learn all the essentials of turkey processing—from dispatching and scalding to plucking and eviscerating. You’ll leave with a fully processed, packaged turkey, ready to cook for your Thanksgiving feast or to freeze for later. Don’t forget to bring a cooler with ice to safely transport your turkey home!

Our workshops are held outside, rain or shine. While efforts will be made to keep our guests comfortable, it is recommended you come dressed for the weather.
